    Mr. Mavoides is President and CEO of Sovereign Investment Company. He has advised over 150 corporations on real estate financing alternatives, including sale/leaseback, synthetic leasing, and traditional mortgage financing. In addition, he has been active in the execution of these transactions on behalf of his clients and has advised on transactions totaling nearly $2.0 billion. Prior to Sovereign Investment Company, Mr. Mavoides served at Eastdil Realty, subsidiary of Wells Fargo, where he ran the Company's sale/leaseback activities and was involved in nearly $2.0 billion in single-tenant transactions. Prior to Eastdil, Mr. Mavoides was in the real estate investment banking group at Citigroup where he was responsible for servicing corporate clients in structuring sale/leaseback transactions. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from the United States Military Academy.

    Mr. Bickel is Managing Director of Acquisitions for Sovereign Investment Company. Mr. Bickel joins us from BT Commercial Real Estate where he was a Vice President specialized in representing private equity capital and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant assets across the country. Mr. Bickel has over eleven years of experience within the commercial real estate industry. Most notably he has completed approximately $1 billion in transactions encompassing all property types over his career. Prior to BT Commercial, Mr. Bickel was an Acquisition Officer for iStar Financial where his sole focus was to underwrite and originate single tenant transactions across the country in the form of sale/leasebacks, build-to-suits and existing leases. Prior to this, Mr. Bickel spent approximately three and half years with RREEF / Deutsche Bank as a member of the west coast acquisition team. Mr. Bickel holds a BS from the University of Arizona.

    Mr. Bain is Vice President of Acquisitions for Sovereign Investment Company. Mr. Bain is involved all aspects of acquisitions. Additionally, he has been active in the development of direct relationships with developers, tenants and owners. Prior to joining Sovereign Mr. Bain spent 7 years as Senior Vice President of Brauvin Real Estate where he was involved all aspects of single-tenant net-leased real estate. Previously Mr. Bain worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and VMS Realty Partners acquiring property for Xerox Real Estate Fund. He is a CCIM, holds an Illinois Broker's license and is a candidate for his MAI. Mr. Bain hold a BS from the University of Arizona.

    Mr. Vachris is Vice President of Underwriting for Sovereign Investment Company. Before joining Sovereign, Mr. Vachris was a Vice President at Gemini Realty Advisors LLC, where he managed a variety of real estate advisory assignments including, portfolio valuation and underwriting, project and market feasibility analyses, litigation support, and the acquisition and disposition of various asset types. Prior to joining Gemini Realty, Mr. Vachris worked at ABN AMRO Bank and JP Morgan Chase in their respective Corporate Banking Divisions as a credit and underwriting officer. Mr. Vachris earned a BA degree from Brown University and a Masters in Real Estate from NYU.

    Mr. Morgan is Vice President of Dispositions for Sovereign Investment Company. Before joining Sovereign, Mr. Morgan was Managing Director of Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. where he was responsible for transactions on behalf of retail clients that included the sale of properties/portfolios, lease and sublease transactions, assignments and negotiated lease terminations. Prior to joining Excess, Mr. Morgan was co-founder and Operating Partner at Wired Environments, an Apollo Real Estate Advisors joint venture, focused on providing full-service technology solutions through a real estate platform. Prior to this, Mr. Morgan was in the real estate investment banking division of BT Alex. Brown and the real estate valuation services group of Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a BA degree from Colby College.
